EYE Lighting / Iwasaki light soaking systems can be customized to your specific application. From economical standard chamber systems to full room, multi-panel soak array systems, we can provide the price/performance you need. In the solar simulation production environment, our innovative continuous flow light soaking systems have proven to provide outstanding throughput. The majority of our soaking systems are designed to meet Class CCA requirements, exceeding the requirement specified in IEC 61646. Because of the wide range of proprietary technology Solarlux™ solar simulation lighting products EYE Lighting / Iwasaki has developed, if you require a light soaking system with a classification above CCA, please contact us. This "standard" light soaking system is designed to handle four (4) typical PV panels in one batch. This economical ASTM/IEC Class CCA system provides an insolation target area of 2600mm x 1300mm and includes the capability to control the irradiation level from 800W/m2 to 1000W/m2. EYE Lighting / Iwasaki can provide you a chamber designed to meet your specific needs; performance from Class CCA to Class BBA, open arrays, open chambers (as shown here) or fully enclosed, and optional control including temperature and irradiation. Our proprietary technology Solarlux™ solar lighting, along with our extensive experience building large and small chambers, allows us to configure a custom continuous irradiation chamber to meet your solar simulation application requirements.

This fully enclosed system provides temperature control using an integrated chiller and heater, automatic irradiation power control, and a built-in digital data logger recorder. Systems can be designed to any size target area and to meet any IEC performance level from Class CCA to BBA.	Economical full spectrum arrays can be designed to Class BBA standards for multi-application use. The simple hoist support allows elevation and angular displacement for added flexibility.	An example of a small array in a semi-enclosed frame. The Class B spectral compliance guarantees accurate and repeatable results.

Continuous Process Production Soaking / Activation Systems

Particularly important for CIGS technology products, this custom continuous process light soaking / activation system is designed to handle PV panels up to approximately 700mm wide. Due to the EYE Lighting / Iwasaki range of proprietary technology Solarlux™ solar lamps available, this system can be designed to meet any ASTM/IEC classification from Class CCC to Class BBA. The system configuration and length are dependent upon the production process flow speed and required soaking dwell time.
